Sport's strapping
If you are recovering from an injury such as an ankle sprain, and you are lacking in confidence, rigid sport's strapping is an effective way to help boost your confidence. Despite what you've heard, strapping DOES NOT weaken your muscles at all. Your physio is skilled in strapping any body part ranging from the shoulder all the way down to the fingers and toes. Your physio also welcomes any feedback with regards to how the strapping feels. They will make sure your joints feel stable and make sure you are happy with the strapping before you leave.
Just a side note... we don't strap losers at this clinic (Just kidding).
