Sport's Massage 

If you're feeling stiff and sore after a big sport's match, getting some deep tissue massage can allow you to feel and move better so you can get back into training sooner.

 

Massage as an adjunct therapy with good quality sleep, nutrition/hydration and controlled stress levels is an effective tool to help maximise overall recovery. You can ask your physiotherapist to focus on certain body areas and pressure to your liking.
