How many consults will I need with my physio? It depends on what you want out of seeing your physio, your injury severity and most importantly, your goals. Your physio will try collaborate with you as much as possible and will only rebook you if you give them permission to do so.

What are your opening hours? We are open from Mon - Fri 9am-8pm and Sat 9am-12pm
-
Is there free parking?YES :) There sure is! We are located in a mini complex with other retail shops, there are plenty of free parking in front of the clinic and behind the clinic also.
-
Do you have a cancellation policy? If you don't show up to your scheduled appointment or cancel without providing at least 12 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee of the consult as not showing up is an inconvenience to the business and other patients. Thank you for understanding. Easy method to combat this... just show up 😘

What do I wear to a physio appointment? Most of our physio consults will have an active component in our gym facility to explore your movement. Therefore it would be best to wear clothing that you feel most comfortable to move in. If you're having your knee assessed, please wear some loose fitting shorts. If you are a woman and you're having your shoulder/back assessed, please wear a suitable sports bra. We do have gowns you can slip into for comfort and easier assessment. Feel free to call us if you have any questions about what to wear! P.S We LOVE fun socks!
-
Do you have HICAPS?YES, we sure do! After the consult, you can swipe or tap from your phone your health fund card on our machine, and you will only need to cover the gap payment (if any).
-
Do you have toilets?Yes we sure do! We have two down the back near the gym (Male and Female).
-
Do you treat workers compensation, TAC or EPC patients?Yes we do!! - For workers comp and TAC patients, please bring any relevant paper work and your claim number. - For EPC patients, please bring your GP referral form (if you can send it through beforehand or ask your GP clinic to send it to us, that would be amazing!).
